Lakeview Luxury Care Homes invite you to their Dementia Information & Awareness Hub on Wednesday 6th June at 2pm, at The Moorings Residential Care Home Lytham St Annes, we will be offering members of the community the opportunity to join us and meet our fabulous team who can offer awareness and support for families and friends, helping them to understand more about dementia.
